Returns & Exchanges

It’s our goal at Young Once to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with every purchase. We understand that sometimes it’s necessary to return or exchange an item. We’re here to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns:

All returns must be made within 30 days of the original shipping date.

All items must be in original condition. They must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and contain all original tags, labels, and individual packaging (where applicable).

Customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a prepaid, insured, and traceable delivery service (e.g. UPS or FedEx). Young Once is not liable for damaged or non-delivered returns.

Clearance/Sale items are not permitted for returns or exchanges.

Only items that have been directly purchased from www.YoungOnce.com can be returned. Young Once products which have been purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policies.

*Please note, items that do not meet these requirements will not be processed. Young Once reserves the right to deny any return/exchange, at any time, for any reason.

To complete a return, contact returns@youngonce.com with your name, order number, and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will promptly provide you with shipping information.

Exchanges:

In order to simplify the exchange process and ensure that we get the product(s) that you’d like to you as quickly as possible, we please ask that you follow the above instructions for a return and then visit www.YoungOnce.com to place a new order.

Refunds:

Please allow us up to 10 business days after receiving your item(s) to process your request. Once complete, we will immediately initiate a credit to your original payment method. Please note, refunds do NOT include original shipping charges if applicable.

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank. Please contact the card-issuing bank with any questions regarding your billing cycle in order to determine when the credit will be posted to your account.
